  9. Se agrega la masa y se revuelve hasta que no tenga mezcla líquida
  10. Se agrega el caldo de pollo y sal (la masa debe quedar salada) y se revuelve hasta que la masa hasta que se despega sola de la tina
  11. Se remojan las hojas de mazorca durante 15-20 minutos y se sacan hojas separadas sin que se rompan
  12. Para el armado:
    Se embarra la hoja de mazorca con la masa, posteriormente se pone un trozo de carne y se agrega la salsa
  13. Se cierra el tamal y se hace un doblez en la punta
  14. Para cocerlos se usa una vaporera, se agrega agua hasta el nivel que queda la parrilla, la parrilla se tapiza con algunas hojas de mazorca y se colocan los tamales de manera que no se les salga el contenido
  15. Una vez colocados todos se tapizan con más hojas de mazorca y se cubren con algún trapo
  16. Se tapa la vaporera y se pone al fuego de 1:30 - 2 hrs hasta que la masa esté cocida, una vez se compruebe están listos para comer
