- Cuando ya esté limpia la carne la vamos a poner en nuestra olla con suficiente agua le vamos a agregar los nopales la cebolla el ajo sal y las hojas de laurel en mi caso yo la haré en olla de presión una vez que comience hace ruido la dejaré 25 minutos si tú la haces en una olla normal Es aproximadamente 2 horas o hasta que tu carne esté blandita



- Cuando la carne esté lista vamos a poner a cocer 2 chiles mirasol y en la licuadora vamos a poner la mesa los chiles y caldo de la carne y licuamos muy bien



- En una cazuela ponemos manteca y vamos a colar el mole si hace falta la agregaremos más caldo de la carne



- Vamos a mover muy bien Hasta el fondo con una palita para que no se nos pegue la masa en el fondo de la cazuela le agregaremos sal si es necesario y Knorr de pollo vamos a dejar hervir por lo menos de 5 a 8 minutos moviendo constantemente hasta que la masa esté bien cocida lo puedes dejar espeso o aguado esto es a tu gusto te recomiendo que la dejes un poco aguadito ya que cuando se enfría se hace un poco espeso y también cuando se recalienta se va espesando
