- 1 cuarto cucharadita Quemado de panela(opcional)
- 3 cucharadas Panela molida
- 1 cucharadita Clavos en polvo

- Lavar muy bien el arroz y colocar a cocción con las 4 tazas de agua, mantequilla, pizca de sal, clavos en polvo y la canela en astilla por 20 minutos a fuego bajo.



- Pasado este tiempo agregamos la leche líquida, panela y la mitad de nuestro coco rallado, cocción por 10 minutos más.


- Incorporar crema de leche, leche condensada, canela en polvo, mezclar y cocción 5 minutos.


- Retiramos las astillas de canela y la incorporamos en la licuadora con media taza de nuestro arroz cocido y la leche en polvo, licuamos, colamos e incorporar al arroz agregando el quemado de panela y el resto del coco.



- Cocción por 5 minutos más y listo nuestro delicioso arroz con cuatro leches....🍚🤗
