  1. 1 molde (desmoldable)
  2. 1 litro leche
  3. 200 gr Arroz
  4. 100 gr Azúcar
  5. 2 ramas Canela
  6. 3 sobres cuajada
  7. Cáscara de 2 limones
  8. Base de la tarta
  9. 1 paquete galletas (digestive)
  10. Crocanti de almendras
  11. 40 g Mantequilla

Instructions to make to make Tarta fresca de arroz con leche

  1. Primero trituramos medio paquete de galletas (Digestive). Pongo unos 40gr de mantequilla a calentar un poco en el microondas.
  2. Luego mezclamos bien las galletas con la mantequilla y el crocanti (al gusto). Yo le puse también un poco de canela molida.
  3. Colocamos la mezcla en el molde, aplastamos bien para que quede bien compactada y dejamos enfriar en la nevera.
  4. Mientras tanto vamos preparando el arroz con leche.Ponemos 1 litro de leche a calentar reservando una poca en una taza con la cuajada bien batida para que se disuelva bien, le añadimos canela en rama, el azúcar y 2 cáscaras de limón. (Sólo lo amarillo lo blanco amarga). Dejamos hervir y añadimos el arroz y el resto de leche con la cuajada. Removemos de vez en cuando a fuego medio. (Yo más o menos cada 5 minutos).
  5. Para que se haga bien el arroz estamos a fuego medio unos 45, 50 minutos. (Vamos probando el arroz para asegurarnos de que no se quede duro), añadir leche si hiciera falta por eso utilizo 3 sobres de cuajada. Retiramos la olla del fuego dejamos que temple y retiramos la cáscara de limón y la canela antes de que se enfríe. Añadimos el arroz con leche al molde. Dejamos enfriar en la nevera (mínimo 4 horas) yo la dejo toda la noche.
  6. Una vez cuajada le quitamos el molde y decoramos al gusto.
  7. Yo le puse unos tubitos (tipo neulas) con el lazo y unas mariposas comestibles. (Producto de decoración hecho a base de patata). Esta llevaba extra de canela molida.
  8. Esta lleva una capa de nata montada con ralladura de limón y canela molida. Unos bizcochos por alrededor y unas fresas naturales con sirope de chocolate.
  9. Está con fresas naturales.
