- Cuando el cronómetro marque que faltan 4 min para hacer 7 min del arroz, agregar las yemas batidas.



- Luego de los 7 min, lo tapamos y dejamos reposar por 20 min.


- Luego pasados los 20 min pasamos el arroz con leche a un recipiente.

- Agregar el merengue y la canela en polvo.
