  6. Una vez pasado el tiempo, retiramos la carne para deshebrarla con la ayuda de dos tenedores, aunque prácticamente se deshace sola al retirarla del caldo.
  7. Guardamos el marinado para hacer de salsa y remojar la carne al hacer tacos. Si congelamos la carne, también seria bueno congelar el caldo para remojar la carne antes de comerla.
  8. Servimos caliente acompañado de tortillas de maíz, cebolla encurtida, chiles en vinagre, ensalada....
