Como vamos a suplir el maíz con la coliflor podemos hacerlo de dos formas: podemos poner una ración de coliflor cruda en el plato y simplemente agregar la carne y caldo, ya que la coliflor se puede comer cruda y así queda crujientes (esta es la forma que la prefiero)y opción dos: agregar la coliflor a que hierva unos minutos en el caldo, estando pendiente que no se suavice demasiado. De verdad no se extraña para nada al maíz, el sabor es casi igual al original.
  7. Salsa extra: para más picoso, hervir 1/2 taza chile de árbol sin semillas, licuar sin el agua de ccción con vinagre blanco y sal, colar.
