- En tanto la carne y el maíz se cuecen, preparamos la salsa : agregamos las 6 vainas de Guajillo en una olla mediana, con 1 Chile jalapeño hasta que hierva por 5 minutos (Colamos la salsa)



- Una vez que la carne esté lista y la hayamos deshebrado yo en lo personal recomiendo primero ahogar la carne en la salsa pura para que absorba con mayor intensidad los condimentos de la salsa antes de vacíalo y mezclarlo en la olla que cocimos el maíz y la carne (de la misma olla tomamos suficiente caldo para vaciarlo en la olla de la salsa) dejamos hervir por 10 min



- Mezclamos la carne y la salsa con el maíz y dejamos hervir por otros 10 min a qué se integren todos los sabores, verificamos de sal y aprovechamos para agregar si hace falta



- Listo para disfrutar acompáñalo con rabanitos, Lechuga picada desinfectada y unas gotas de Limón
