Pasados los 10 minutos, añadimosel arroz y bajamos la temperatura a fuego bajo, lo revolvemos de vez en cuando, para que no se pegue y libere su almidón y esperamos unos 20-40 minutos, en donde reducirá la leche, a mí me gusta que quede más leche y no tan espeso por lo que lo dejo 20 minutos aproximados, mientras más tiempo pasa al fuego y si lo revolvemos, se pondrá más cremoso.
  3. Pasado los 20-40 minutos añadimosla azúcar y la crema de leche (opcional) y revolvemos durante unos 5-10 minutos más, antes de dejar reposar quitamos las cáscaras, los clavos de olor y la canela.
  4. Y listo!, el arroz absorberá un poco más de leche al enfriarse y para servir lo servimos en pocillos los cuales le podemos espolvorear canela en polvo encima, yo no tenía, pero igual me quedó riquísimo!
