  8. 1 cucharadita canela en polvo
  9. 1 pizca sal

  1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C
  2. Licuar el huevo, leche condensada, queso philadelphia, leche y elote. (recomiendo que lo dividan en dos partes al licuar ya que no todo entrara en el vaso de la licuadora). Vierte en un tazón. (También pueden reservar unos granos para sentir más el elote)
  3. Cernir la harina con el polvo de hornear y la canela, agregarlo al tazón junto con la pizca de sal, mezclar hasta integrar. (pueden agregar los granos que reservaron)
  4. Vaciar la mezcla en un molde de aprox 25 cm de diámetro previamente engrasado y enharinado.
  5. Hornear por 1 hora o hasta que al insertar un palillo o cuchillo, este salga limpio.
  6. Dejar enfriar y desmoldar.
