  2. Los rehogamos todo bien, hasta que el agua que suelte el champiñón se reduzca. Cuando de haya reducido, escurrimos el aceite de la sartén, e incorporamos la nata líquida de cocinar. Que eche a hervir, y espolvoreamos la media pastilla de Avecrem, y que cueza.
  3. Cuando el arroz este cocido, le retiramos del fuego y que repose como 2 minutos. Teniendo ya la salsa preparada, la volcaremos en la cacerola del arroz y envolvemos bien. Queda muy cremoso y jugoso, lo emplatamos y espolvoreamos con perejil para decorar. Y plato terminado y listo para comer.
